Watershed District Board of Managers
South Washington Watershed District is led by a five-person Board of Managers that guides SWWD implementation of the goals and objectives established in our Watershed Management Plan. Board Managers are appointed by the Washington County Board of Commissioners and serve a three-year term.

Meetings
SWWDs Board of Managers have set a regular meeting of the Board on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM. Meetings take place at the District office at 2301 Tower Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125 unless otherwise noted, or if a special meeting is called. Board meeting agendas and minutes are published online as meeting occur and for the calendar year.
Potential Quorums
A quorum of three or more South Washington Watershed District Board Managers may be in attendance at SWWD-led events, as well as other community events. Notices of a quorum will be listed on relevant event pages, and listed as News on the news tab for community events. Managers will not discuss or receive information on official business during these events (Open Meeting Law; Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13D).
