Minnesota Water Stewards
Get Involved
Become a steward to the water
The Minnesota Water Stewards program is a way to get involved and advocate for water quality. As a certified Water Steward, you become a leader in local water pollution prevention and conservation. Water Stewards work closely with other community stewards, and participate in local events. This program is hosted by Freshwater in partnership with local municipalities and watershed districts.
Stewardship training is held annually, with applications opening in the fall.
